19th February 2019
HMRC are planning the next functional release into Trade Test, TTM6.1.0, for the week of 25th February.
TTM6.1.0 aligns to the dark blue functional area from the Trade Test roadmap, issued on 24th January.
The primary purpose of this release is to resolve the defects on the imports inventory linking unhappy path and to remove the workarounds currently in place for inventory linking submissions. The programme also intends to include the ability to submit frontier declaration types A, B, D, E in the TTM6.1.0 release. However, this functionality is currently at risk, pending completion of testing.
Updated documentation, including new XML samples, will be provided to support TTM6.1.0.
The implementation of TTM6.1.0 is expected to begin out of hours on Monday 25th February, requiring an outage in the current Trade Test environment. However, please note that this is subject to change if issues are encountered in the final phases of testing.
