Technical Completion Matrix for Exports

The Technical Completion Matrix for Exports has been baselined for the first deployment of exports functionality into Production (Release 3.0) and Trade Test. The document details the obligation, format, description and XML paths of data items to be completed on an exports supplementary declaration with a B1 dataset. As with the imports version of this document, HMRC will issue further iterations containing the datasets which are in scope for further deployments of exports functionality.  The contents of this document reflect the baselined rules for the completion of an exports customs declaration, as specified in the UK Trade Tariff, CDS Volume 3 for Exports which was issued on 21/02. Please note that in addition to the information provided in the Trade Tariff for Data Element 5/23 Location of Goods, this document provides additional guidance on how these fields are to be entered in CDS.
