HMRC Stakeholder Engagement Research

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) Stakeholder Engagement Research 2018

HMRC would like to hear about your experiences and views of HMRC.

HMRC is committed to improving the ways in which we engage and communicate with our stakeholders. The annual Stakeholder Engagement Research helps HMRC to understand better stakeholders’ views of HMRC and improve how they communicate. To view a short executive summary of 2017’s findings, please click here.

Populus, an independent market research agency will gather this information on behalf of HMRC through a short, 15-minute online survey, a link to which will be emailed to members during the next week. You might also be invited to take part in a slightly longer follow-up telephone interview, in which case a representative from Populus will be in touch in the next couple of months to confirm whether you would like to take part.

Participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time. If you would prefer not to be invited to take part please contact Samantha Frenz at HMRC on 03000 513 721 (or at samantha.frenz@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk).

If you have any queries or would like further information, please contact Will Clothier at Populus on 020 7780 7632 (or at wclothier@populus.co.uk) or Sandra Smith Hughes at HMRC on 03000 586 194 (or at sandra.smith-hughes@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk).
